Investigation Workflow provides adjusters the ability to send referral information, notes and instructions to Private Investigation companies online instantly. Adjusters choose from a list of vendors and set the assignment and budget. The assigned vendor will report back notes and/or surveillance to the centralized portal. Upon completion the invoice is posted and the referral is closed.
The portal’s integrated claims assistant guides the vendor to stay within budget but allows for increase requests to be approved by the adjuster. Smart email notifications will ensure the adjuster is advised of activity when they are not on eClaims Workflow. The portal’s dashboard gives an instant overview of all active files and the search allow the adjuster to find past work at the click of a button. Claims managers are provided with performance reporting so they can determine which vendors are providing the best outcomes at a lower cost.
