Real-time reporting provides immediate supervisory data to ensure that both the department is meeting it’s targets and that no file goes outside compliance. Our auditing system tracks all activities (both adjuster and claims vendor) and provides performance metrics on all user activity. Claims managers can at a glance determine if vendors are within the fee schedule, are operating within the timelines of the vendor agreements, or review the activity of a file that results in litigation.

 

No hidden fees EVER

Transparency is our business model. The standard billing policy is to bill VENDORS for the referrals that they accept and complete. Under this policy the Insurer pays nothing. There is no monthly charge, no licensing cost, no implementation charges, no maintenance or support fee, and no charge for training. All content is owned by the Insurer and we observe the Insurers policies regarding security, document retention, access, and destruction.
